My favorite dance party in Vancouver
We practice what we preach around here, so in order to answer my own Do It For History! challenge, I took a few pictures at one of my favorite queer events in Vancouver: Fuck Off and Dance, a monthly, volunteer-run dance party (recently featured here, if you want to know more about it).
FOD is important to me not just because it’s a fun place to dance with good music, but because I feel safe enough (as a queer, as a bisexual, as someone who doesn’t like to take her fun too seriously) to really relax and enjoy myself there.
